Cambodian Jasmine rice (Phka Rumduol)

Known in Khmer as Phka Rumduol or Cambodian jasmine rice, and named after the sweet-smelling jasmine flower, jasmine rice is a long grain rice native to Cambodia and other countries with a delicate floral and butter scent. This A1 Super Broken is 4-5 pieces of whole Jasmine rice grains which is broken during the milling process. This rice is smaller than A1 Extra Super Broken but bigger than small broken rice. It is used for making varieties of rice products, such as flour processing, food and beverage industry and use for animal feeding.
